The location was perfect - very close to hotel's restaurant, the old town, close to the beach and the bus station and the bus station and mail walking streets. Captain Cook Memorial Museum Whitby was also a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.
The bed was uncomfortable in this place.

The hotel was in a fantastic location adjacent to the marina and the sea, restaurants and a square from which a noise could be heard. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was reasonably priced and rather spacious with nice view.

The double room is immaculate and has a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a personal safe. The staff are all welcoming and kind. The location is unbeatable and incredible, 2 km from Gardens. Would stay again in this fairly nice area. The restaurant is top-notch, serves excellent dishes. Would come here again if we go to Puerto de la Cruz, loved it.

The idea to include a microwave oven, a fridge and kitchenware in the guest room was nice. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bath. The location was best possible, at a short distance from an oceanfront stone fort. And it was also close to a restaurant, plaza and surrounding areas and beach.
